SERVICE POLICIES

Disclaimer

This document outlines my office policies related to purchases of my services as a teacher/coach. Please read this thoroughly before purchasing any of my services. You are welcome to contact me with any questions or concerns.  It is your responsibility to adhere to these terms before you pay.

MINDFULNESS SERVICES

As a mindfulness teacher, the services I provide are not meant to be therapeutic in nature. Mindfulness teaching is meant for education and informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health or mental health care provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it. I am happy to help you find someone if you are interested in more in-depth therapy.  

Cancellations

GENERAL
Mindful Living, LLC is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being served. No-shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality while punishing clients who may show up earlier. For these reasons, Mindful Living, LLC has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

FULL PAYMENT
Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. We do not reserve individual coaching sessions or corporate engagements without payment. You are expected to pay at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if payment has not been received in a timely manner. An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration.

CANCELLATION REQUEST
Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone or email. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. See refund policy below for deadlines. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us. 

REFUND POLICY

Individual Coaching Sessions

  • Refund requests made more than 24 hours prior to an individual coaching session will be fully refunded.

  • Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future date or package of your choice.

  • No refunds or transfers will be issued within 24 hours of, or after an individual coaching session.

  • All credits must be used within six months of the original program. You may apply the credit toward a package with a more expensive fee and pay the difference.

Corporate Engagements

  • Refund requests made more than 7 business days prior to a corporate engagement will be subject to an administration fee of 10% of the engagement price.

  • Refund requests made between 1 and 7 business days prior to a corporate engagement are subject to a 25% administration fee.

  • Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future date or package of your choice.

  • No refunds or transfers will be issued within 48 hours of, or after a scheduled corporate engagement.

Coaching Packages

  • Cancellations after payment and within 48 hours of our first scheduled session will be subject to a $500 deduction from the amount paid prior to a refund being issued

  • Once coaching has commencing, no refunds are allowed.

  • If there are any areas of this policy that you are not comfortable with please contact before purchasing.
